PLAY MUSIC
Technique, rhythm, lead playing, tone, songs and practical musicianship, shaped around your ability and what you want to play.
“My teaching method is simple. I focus on the basics: scales, modes, rudiments, elements, theory. However, with this I try to instill a sense of one’s own — one’s own sound, one’s own technique. While reinforcing the basics, I also encourage the growth and development from student to musician, and instill in each student that they are their own.
To sum it up: I can teach you to PLAY Jimi, but I can’t teach you to play LIKE Jimi. That comes from within.”
